You are here: Home ConsultationInitial R&D Tax Incentive Consultation (30 Minutes)
A structured introductory discussion to assess your R&D activities and eligibility under the Australian R&D Tax Incentive.
The incentive supports work involving genuine technical uncertainty, being problems whose outcome couldn't be determined in advance and had to be resolved through systematic experimentation. It does not extend to routine product development or bespoke customer work, however innovative the result. This session is a general discussion to gauge whether your activities may fall within the incentive’s markers.
At Link R&D Advisory, the focus is clarity and practical guidance. In this session we will discuss:
Whether your activities are likely to qualify under the R&D Tax Incentive. The key eligibility issues relevant to your field or sector. Appropriate next steps, including whether a tailored assessment is warranted.
You will speak directly with Harley Bell, Perth-based Principal Consultant and Registered Tax Agent (R&D), specialising exclusively in R&D Tax Incentive advisory.
The initial consultation is a general discussion. Detailed, activity-specific analysis is provided as a paid assessment. Where the initial discussion indicates there may be eligible activity, a written eligibility assessment tailored to your activities can be arranged, with fees quoted beforehand.
Before booking.
To make the session productive, please include a few brief details with your request:
What the business does, and the entity it operates through (only companies can access the incentive). The development or experimental work you'd like to discuss. Roughly when that work took place or is planned.
