Link R&D Advisory is an independent specialist consultancy and Registered Tax Agent (R&D) firm, founded by Harley Bell to bring a more personal, structured, and thoughtful approach to the R&D Tax Incentive.

We are proudly independent and not part of an accounting firm, franchise, or outsourcing model. This gives us the freedom to focus solely on helping innovative businesses make confident, compliant R&D claims with structure and long-term value.

While we work independently, we often collaborate with accountants, advisors, and other professionals who share our commitment to client-first service and high-integrity outcomes.

With over a decade of experience, and led by a Registered Tax Agent (R&D) and Chartered Accountant, we work closely with startups, engineers, developers, technical teams, and founders to structure successful claims that align with legislation and integrate meaningfully with day-to-day business operations. Innovation doesn’t always follow a textbook model, and we adapt to support clients across industries in navigating the practical realities of R&D.

We’re known for being approachable, attentive, and detail oriented.
